Ingredients:
- 350 gr. of “Trenette” pasta or Linguine
- Pesto sauce. (Here the think to home make it)
- 1 Potato.
- Salt.
Method:
- Clean and cut in cubes the potato.
- Cook them in salty water for 2 minutes then add the pasta.
- When the pasta is ready (al dente) drain it and put it in a serving bowl seasoning with the pesto sauce.
- Garnish with some basil leaves and serve it hot
